The cycle paths start and end in cities. Along the trail, the experiences are close together, and with the help of public transport, you can transport yourself easily along the trail if you choose to cycle only selected parts.

Skåne
Through Skånetrafiken, there is a well-organized train and bus network that makes it easy to reach the various areas within the region.On the Öresundstågen and Pågatågen you are allowed to bring your bicycle, subject to space. Pågatåg and Öresundståg take a limited number of bicycles in a space shared with prams.

Kronoberg
Subject to space, a conventional bicycle (also applies to electric bicycles) may be taken on Öresundståg, Pågatåg, Krösatåg and in Länstrafiken Kronoberg's regional traffic on presentation of a valid bicycle ticket (the same as a child/youth ticket). Blekinge
Bicycles may, subject to space, be taken on trains in Blekingetrafiken. For the bike you buy a bike ticket, the price is the same as for a single ticket young. You can also bring your bike on the archipelago boats. It is not permitted to bring bicycles on the bus. Read more here.
